The Kona Heavens subdivision is located at the top of Hina Lani Street, approximately 1000 feet above sea level on the western slope of Hualalai mountain. It consists of 116 --one acre single family, fee simple lots situated on both sides of Hina Lani. Home construction within the subdivision is governed by a Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions. This document of 'rules' is part of the deed on each of the 116 lots. This is a non-profit Home Owner's Association registered with the Federal Internal Revenue Service and the State of Hawaii. As stated by the By-Laws of Kona Heavens Association, Inc., Officers of the Association serve voluntarily on a yearly basis. Membership in the Association is according to land ownership with one vote per lot. Property owners of the Kona Heavens subdivision are encouraged to participate within the Home Owners Association.
